What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Holds (or is working toward) a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, etc.)
- Has experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills Level 2 English
- Demonstrates outstanding communication, motivation, and planning skills
- Brings energy, creativity, and a student-first mindset to the classroom
- Has access to reliable transport for occasional off-site delivery
