Fostering Senior Practitioner - IFA - Outstanding Ofsted
salary up to £42,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance
NonStop Care is looking for a Senior Practitioner who can join an Independent Fostering Agency with a very good reputation in the Essex area. This is a permanent role, offering you stability.
In this role, you will be part of an IFA that has been rated as Outstanding by Ofsted, meaning that you will join a very nice working environment.
They are a very nice team with a family feel, where you will be supported and treated well.
They are a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency (a charity) which means they re-invest the profit back into the service to make sure they are constantly improving. Part of this goes towards the development of the people in the team, so you will be supported to constantly learn and progress your career with them.
They are also a therapeutic IFA so you will have access to ongoing therapeutic training.
Responsibilities:
The Fostering Senior Practitioner will oversee a small caseload of about 4 foster carers, located around the Essex area. You will also provide support and supervision to some of the Supervising Social Workers in the team.
You will have the flexibility to do some of the work from home and some from their office in Essex.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are an experienced Supervising Social Worker or Senior Practitioner and if you have experience in working in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
