An established business is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator role involves providing excellent customer service to a range of clients, supporting to the MD and wider team with diary management, travel and HR, along with ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Customer Service Administrator duties:
- Acting as first point of contact with incoming calls and emails
- Providing excellent customer service, managing customer enquiries and complaints
- Providing diary management, producing reports, and arranging transport and accommodation for MD and team
- Responsibility for HR functions including the maintenance of holiday and sickness records, recruitment, meeting requests and team communication
- Carrying out office management duties including ordering stationery and other office supplies, provision/maintenance of facilities and IT management
- Managing the company car fleet
- Assisting the wider team with ad hoc administration
PA/Office Manager skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Office based support experience
