RotheramCarrington Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a Private Equity backed business based in Warrington within the business service sector, who are looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their team. The reason for the role is due to successfully winning a contract for three new sites.
This role is reporting to the Financial Controller and would be responsible for the following duties:
- All aspects of the month-end process including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Prepare VAT returns
- Continuous process improvement around systems and processes
- Ad hoc financial reporting and analysis for the business to enable better business decisions
Experience/Skills
- AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience
- Proven experience in a management accounting role
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Team player as small but busy team
What's On Offer
- £40,000 to £48,000 per annum
