As part of the Origination & Advisory technology team, Front Office, you will be part of a lean-agile squad tasked with building a critical control.
We are looking for a developer, in the London engineering team, to help design & build a new solution. You will be experienced in (or an advocate for) development behaviors such as pairing, devops, TDD, automated deployment pipelines.
The solution will span all the Origination & Advisory businesses and is critical to the bank's continued license to operate. Our objective is to control the propagation of price-sensitive deal information across the organization and identify the employees to be classified as 'Insiders'.

Your key responsibilities
- A commitment to quality applying practices such as test-driven development.
- Pragmatic mindset driving quicker time to market and early user feedback.
- Promoting clean code principles to enable sustainable production solutions.
- Performing code review, pairing sessions, and sharing knowledge
- Support the existing collaborative and trusting environment.
Your skills and experience
- Server side JVM components with broad and deep experience of Java
- An advocate of XP principles; test-driven development, pair/mob programming, iterative development
- Continuous delivery of working software
