Administrator - Health, Safety & Facilities

As a Facilities Administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of the HQ office, whilst supporting health and safety administration tasks.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Whilst primarily focused on the UK this role will also include support to other countries in the UK, Ireland and Nordics cluster.

Main duties of the role:

  • Organise and book travel for employees in the UK, including flights, trains, car hire, and accommodation.
  • Support in developing and organising events at HQ to boost employee engagement.
  • Provide cover for reception and occasional support to the Leicester Post Room as needed.
  • Assist with new and ongoing health and safety initiatives.
  • Ensure HQ offices are well-maintained by liaising with the landlord and suppliers. This will include repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of facilities such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Help investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and other health and safety concerns, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Keep accurate records of health and safety activities, including incident reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the First Aid Programme for HQ & Operations, managing bookings, invoicing, and monitoring activities.
