You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children/young people in your care. Vacancy details:
- Salary: from £30,000
- 40 hours a week including sleep-ins and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Support young people through their daily routines
- Act as a role model
- Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
- Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
- Communicating with residents and colleagues
Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential child care
- Level 3 in children and young people is desirable
- Right to work in the UK
- UK Drivers licence
- Clear DBS
