Digital Support & Social Media Apprentice

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily data entry into the bespoke ‘Fieldwire system' for project coordination and maintenance, including uploading work and records, becoming a systems expert using this application
  • Manage and process documents through Microsoft Excel and integrate them into the bespoke system
  • Serve as the first point of contact for diary bookings, and inquiries
  • Utilise Microsoft Word templates for creating documents and send them via Outlook
  • Update order information daily using online shared Google Drives and client portals
  • Support the BIM team with tasks, including using AutoCAD for project documentation
  • Create, update, and maintain company trackers and registers within Excel
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar for platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Create social media content for online platforms
  • Maintaining the company website

Desirable skills:

We are looking for someone to focus on our social media and marketing, we currently don't have anyone in this type of role within the business and although assistance will be given by the team we are looking for someone with a passion for this and where possible knowledge or experience.

Salary:

£13,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
