Are you a Senior CRM Analyst? Want to work for a leading E-Commerce / Faison retailer?
Our client is on the hunt for a Senior CRM Analyst to come on board and join their growing analytics department. These guys are industry leaders within fashion, with a string of exciting brands in their roster whilst operating worldwide.
As a Senior CRM Analyst, this focus of your role will be to support in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (including DM, Email, Push and SMS) and to provide analysis and insight-based recommendations for improved customer targeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of multi-channel selections i.e. direct mail, email, push & SMS campaigns in accordance with our customer and marketing strategies.
- Create and manage multi-channel customer journeys within our CRM platform
- To setup and ensure the accuracy of promotional offer codes in advance of arriving with the customer.
- Maintaining and developing the data integrations between our marketing automation platforms.
What are we looking for?
- Strong SQL skillset with experience working within databases
- Proficient experience within CRM marketing platforms (ideally Adobe Campaign)
- Experience working within Ms Excel, CRM, Adobe Campaigns, and PowerBI
- A good understanding of marketing channels such as SMS, Email, CRM and Direct Mail
- Be able to commute to Bradford 2 days a week
- Strong numerical skillset with a passion for data marketing
