Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase web traffic and brand awareness
- Monitor SEO and user engagement, providing regular internal reports
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to align brand messaging
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective supporters through campaigns and incentives
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Facilitate online conversations with supporters and respond to queries
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures)
Profile
A successful Social Media Manager should have:
- A degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
