Accounts Assistant / £15.00 per hour / 3 months temporary booking / Gravesend – Hybrid
My client, a global commodities company, is seeking an Accounts Assistant to help with a back log on the organisation account payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
The successful candidate will have some experience in a Finance/Accounts role and is conscientious and methodical.
This is a temporary position and will need the successful candidates to start immediately!
Responsibilities:
- Entering supplier invoices into the SAP system
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Raising sales invoices through SAP
- Raising customer statements
- Act as first point of contact for accounts payable or accounts receivable related queries
Essential Skills:
- Experience in accounting administrative or similar position
- Numerate, strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
- Strong capability of planning, prioritising, and meeting deadlines
- Motivated and self-efficient individual
- Ideally experience with SAP however open to experience with any accounting / finance systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
Package:
- Up to 3-month contract
- £15.00 (£30,000 equivalent)
