Electrical Lecturer
- Hourly Rate: £25 - £35 (including holiday pay)

We are seeking an Electrical Lecturer for a college in Cardiff. This is a temporary, full-time position where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across a range of courses and levels. The role involves setting high expectations and creating an aspirational environment for learners.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Teach effectively on a variety of courses within the electrical field.
- Support learners to achieve successful outcomes in their studies.
- Participate in retention and recruitment activities as needed.
- Contribute to an environment that encourages all learners to be aspirational.
- Set and maintain high academic standards and expectations for learners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Electrical related qualification.
- Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
- DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Welsh language proficiency at Level 2 – 5 is desirable.
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
