Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client's growing IT consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and selling tailored IT consulting solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our technical teams to understand customer requirements and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound prospecting to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in our IT consulting services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific industry verticals or client needs, focusing on areas such as digital transformation, IT infrastructure, software solutions, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and more.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client business challenges and align them with appropriate IT solutions, leveraging the expertise of internal consultants and engineers.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and solution demos for prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales cycle to a successful close, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to better serve client needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of services.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT consulting or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions for clients.
  • Experience using CRM software to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
