Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team in Stourport. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the agricultural sector. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone queries and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Address technical queries with accuracy and provide relevant information.
  • Arrange and manage new parts orders and deliveries.
  • Produce accurate quotations for customers.
  • Receive goods, inspect them, and manage the dispatch of goods efficiently.
  • Book transport for deliveries and shipments.
  • Order and arrange deliveries from Europe, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics.
  • Check and maintain stock levels in stores, ensuring availability of required parts.
  • Prepare and manage inspection reports for goods received and dispatched.
  • Assist in health and safety arrangements within the department.
  • Make hotel bookings for staff and visitors as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales order processing systems is an advantage.
