Gantner Inspired Access, part of the SALTO WECOSYSTEM, is a leading global systems solutions provider. They develop smart identification, access, cashless payment, and locker solutions to automate and digitize business processes, maximizing efficiency and security. Their innovative solutions, driven by state-of-the-art technology and market expertise, benefit their customers daily.

We have partnered with SALTO and are on the hunt for the right individual to join the team as the Gantner Category Manager (GCM). You will lead the Gantner sales department, identifying new business opportunities, generating revenue, and supporting international growth. The GCM reports to both the SALTO Business Unit Manager and the Gantner Management team in Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Lead the Gantner sales team, set targets, oversee performance, manage the calendar, and foster a positive work culture.

Strategy:

  • Implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue, set KPI's, implement action plans, and identify road maps to success.

Analytics:

  • Analyse sales performance, report insights, identify improvement areas, monitor trends, and forecasting.

Collaboration:

  • Involvement with product development, partner with the analytics team, feed into senior management on plans, structure, and budgets.

Relationship Management:

  • External partners and consumers, event attendance (incl workshops and seminars), market research

As the successful candidate you will have prior industry-specific experience, plus sales/team management. You will be able to clearly show and explain you previous successes, including how you have achieved growth in sales volumes and revenue. You will also have experience evaluating the market, and using this with other supporting data to develop clear and successful sales strategies to drive the business down a successful path.
