Marc Daniels are recruiting an AP/AR Supervisor to join a market leading company based in Windsor
If you have managed both AP and AR , this role would be perfect for you.
This is a hybrid contract role (3-6 months) - you must be within a commutable distance of Windsor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee AR and AP function
- Manage both AR and AP team
- Supervise the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, payment and customers.
- Help research reconciliation issues relating to AR and AP
- Evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Miscellaneous other projects as appropriate
Requirements:
- Account payable and Accounts receivable managing experience (2 years)
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
