Admin Manager

A high performing Independent Financial Planning Practice in the Spalding area are looking for a key hire to contribute to the success of the growing financial planning administration team. We require an experienced Admin Team Leader with strong knowledge within financial planning practices to contribute to the next part of their ambitious growth plans.

The Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day workload of the admin team to ensure positive client outcomes are achieved whilst maintaining accurate records and producing regular management information.
  • Setting clear goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines based on individual team members' strengths and skills.
  • Regularly review processes and procedures involving team members and encouraging open participation, to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Handle, review and report client complaints following agreed company procedures to ensure FCA compliance
  • Carry out regular performance reviews and 1:1 meetings with individual staff members to ensure appropriate guidance, support and training needs are addressed.
  • Sustain team morale, praise, reward and recognise individual and team achievements in line with company policy.
  • Keep your own knowledge and skills regularly updated and ensure compulsory training completed in timely way to keep team up to date with latest regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Experience required:

  • You must have excellent experience working within support functions in a regulated financial planning practice.
  • Broad product knowledge across the full advice spectrum including investments, pensions, and life products.
  • Demonstrable skills within team leader/management within a financial planning practice.
  • Keen to develop in the role as the company grows.
