Our client, a multi-award-winning digital marketing agency based in Suffolk, is seeking a Web Developer to join their rapidly expanding team. You will be joining dynamic team working on a variety of digital marketing projects to drive engagement and growth for their clients. You will collaborate with senior developers, SEO specialists, and other teams to create and ptimize websites that deliver an exceptional user experience. Your role will involve collaborating with senior developers using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create pixel-perfect, user-friendly websites, A/B tests, and other digital experiences.
Additionally, you will optimize agency and client websites for maximum speed, performance, and user experience across all devices and browsers. You will support clients and the Technical SEO team with web development activities and troubleshooting, while proactively staying updated on emerging technologies, coding practices, and opportunities for your professional development.
What Experience You'll Need:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and PHP.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes.
- Knowledge of Plesk, SSH server administration, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience with Quality Control or Browser Testing.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Experience with Custom WordPress Blocks and ACF Pro.
