Sales Negotiator
- Annual Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 p/a.
- Location: Border of Bromley.
- Job Type: Full-time/Part-time (your preference).
We are seeking a Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in an Estate Agency to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to work closely with our other branches. This role requires someone who is able to drive due to the office location and having knowledge of the local area would be advantageous.
Sales Negotiator Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and facilitate smooth operations within the office.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other estate agents to negotiate terms and progress sales.
- Coordinate appointments, viewings, and meetings for the sales team.
- Manage property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding to enquiries promptly.
- Maintain and update internal databases with client and property details.
- Prepare necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Support the team by conducting market research and gathering local area information.
- Work collaboratively with other branches to ensure a cohesive service across the company.
Sales Negotiator Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in an Estate Agency is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software and property management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence due to the location of the office.
- Knowledge of the local area is advantageous.
