As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the nursery's youngest learners, helping to create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment. You'll be joining a dedicated team committed to fostering the growth and development of each child in our care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the teaching staff in planning and delivering engaging and creative learning experiences.
- Providing one-on-one support to children, ensuring they reach their developmental milestones.
- Helping manage the daily classroom routine, maintaining a safe and organised space.
- Encouraging participation in activities that promote social, emotional, and physical growth.

Qualifications and qualities we are looking for:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- At least 6 months of experience working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative when needed.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
