Residential Conveyancing Executive - Porthcawl
TSR Legal have an excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive to join the Residential Conveyancing team of a friendly firm of Solicitors based in Porthcawl.
The firm are currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Executive to work in their office in Porthcawl working on a one to one basis with the existing Partner. The consistent stream of work originates from local estate agency referrals. In this role you will mange a caseload, working at a practice that has a strong local reputation. This is a great opportunity to become a part of a small but growing firm in a well-rounded role.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and switched on individual, ready to take the initiative and provide substantial support in a growing legal practice. This firm are on the lookout for an experienced Conveyancing Executive, who has a proven 2 plus years' experience in the Conveyancing Legal Sector.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Taking instruction from clients
- Dealing with leasehold, freehold, remortgaging
- sales and purchase transactions
- Client relationship management
Required Attributes
The Person:
- 2 plus years' experience in a conveyancing environment
- Proactive and supportive
- Excellent administration skills
- Good knowledge of Residential Conveyancing
