We are recruiting for a Customer Service/Telesales person to join a great company in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes.
The role will involve contacting existing customers/retailers to inform them of new products and special offers!
Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in a busy customer focused service environment such as telesales or customer service and if you have experience in a fishing environment or you enjoy fishing then even better!
The main focus is on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders and providing technical information and back-up service for our products. You will also be proactive in contacting designated accounts and advising our dealers on new products and special offers from time to time, as the business requires.
You will need to be a clear communicator with a confident telephone manner.
