Building Surveyor - Leeds
An industry leading building surveying practice are looking to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor to the team, based in Leeds.
The Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to become part of a strong team of building surveying professionals, engaging in a broad spectrum of both professional and project focused services.
Predominantly working across the commercial, education and industrial sectors, the Building Surveyor will be exposed to a wide variety of exciting projects, up to £5m in value.
As well as this, the Building Surveyor will be entrusted in providing the full scope of professional services including, but not limited to, contract administration, dilapidations and defect analysis.
Person specification
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be an intelligent individual who will thrive in a diverse environment.
- RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree
- Working towards APC, or at least keen to start this process
- Both professional and project delivery experience
