What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact—manage the training inbox, respond to queries, and keep things running smoothly.
  • Support participants and trainers with top-notch communication and problem-solving.
  • Keep systems up to date—don't worry, we'll train you!
  • Coordinate and administer training courses that equip clients with the skills and certifications they need.
  • Prepare course materials and provide virtual support to trainers.
  • Ensure every training session is seamless from start to finish
