Job description:
- A registered Physiotherapist is required to assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning.
- Experience of working independently and at pace is required to ensure proactive discharge planning and robust and effective treatment plans are in place.
- The person will be part of a therapy team including a rehab technician and an occupational therapist. Experience of community-based pathways would also be desirable to ensure length of stay is optimal.
