Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: £23,000
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm

Skills Required:
- Fantastic communication skills over the telephone and email
- Microsoft Software e.g Word and Excel
- Able to understand customer needs
- Confident to work off you initiative
- Must have a driving licence
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a profitable customer portfolio through ethical sales methods.
- Understand customers' business needs and respond to sales inquiries.
- Procure products per customer needs and company guidelines.
- Liaise internally to improve service quality, resolve issues, and grow business.
- Identify new business opportunities and report market trends.
- Ensure timely completion of sales admin and update customer database.
