Purchase Ledger | Part Time | Temporary | Newry
Reed Accountancy & Finance are working with a client in the manufacturing industry in Newry who have an urgent requirement for an Accounts Administrator on a part time basis, 3 days per week.
This is a temporary opportunity that could become more permanent.
Working hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 5pm
Hourly Rate: from £12 per hour (dependant on experience)
The Role:
- Management of the purchase ledger function
- Processing invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Query resolution
- Providing reception cover
- Assisting with office administration as required
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Essential criteria:
Previous purchase ledger experience
Previous administration experience
Ability to multi-task
Ability to manage reception and greet clients
