Insurance Administrator

I am delighted to be partnering with a leading business based in Suffolk seeking to recruit an Insurance Administrator in a key role to manage the Group's insurance program and claims portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the relationship between the Group and its insurance brokers
  • Collate and submit all business data required to renew the Group's insurance program and submit this in a timely manner to the Groups insurance brokers
  • Manage insurance claims made by the Group
  • Manage the defence of insurance claims made against the Group
  • Act as point of contact between the Group and its insurers and loss adjusters on all claims matters
  • Maintain electronic and where essential paper records to provide the required evidenced audit trail
  • The monthly reporting of performance against objectives and targets and business benefit delivered

The successful candidate will be CII or CILEX qualified or studying towards the qualification with experience in insurance procedures and practices, and knowledge of claims handling and dealing with claimants and their representatives.
