Window Cleaner - Voids
Reed Coventry are working closely with a Housing Association to appoint a Voids – Window Cleaner to join their team in Coventry. This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's most trusted Social Housing providers. (Potential cover in Coventry, Birmingham, Worcester and Hereford)
Responsibilities
- Working in a voids cleaning team based in Coventry
- Cleaning void properties and cleaning up bio hazards
- Cleaning new build properties
- Cleaning tenanted properties who have vulnerabilities
- Pat testing the equipment
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
To apply for this role, you must have the following:
- Must have previous experience in this area of work
- Ability to clean to a high standard
- Professional
- Need to be a team player
- Ability to work flexibility across the mobile teams
- Must be trained to BICs standard or willing to be trained
- Have a basic understanding of Health & Safety in a cleaning environment
- Have biohazard experience and void cleaning experience
- Ideally hold a valid full and clean UK Driving License
This role is temporarily up to 12 weeks with a possible extension. You will be expected to work:
Monday to Thursday 7am-3pm
Fridays 7am-2:30pm
Weekend work included with a rota of 5/7 days if required
You can be expected to be paid £11.44 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience (Umbrella only)
