An opportunity for a talented can do positive creative graphic designer to continue to develop their career. This role works across B2B and B2C. This role is ideal for a graduate who has already been working as a graphic design and is looking to push their career forward. Initiaitive is key in this role as well as someone who can be an excellent team player.
Please note this will start as an office based role with oportunity to eventually work hybrid following a successful propbation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop visual branding via website content, social media content, catalogues/brochures, marketing materials, presentations, packaging, internal communication, and newsletters, ensuring they meet the company standards and brand expectations accurately, achieving consistency across all marketing channels
- Contribute to marketing ideas, producing visual content and keeping within budget.
- Look at ways to improve the visual assets of the brand and review current design processes.
- Ensure the internal media centra is accessible to otgher team members
- Edit the long and shortform videos and create eye catching intros and thumbnails
- Develop the internal space we have for filming and photography so they can be more versatile, including for Facebook lives or similar
- Be committed to cpd, happy to complete further training to keep on top of emerging techniques
Person Spec
- Relevant design degree
- 3 years + relevant graphic design experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe creative software suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva
- Able to deliver on design projects within timescales agreed and multitask
- A creative thinker with the ability to solve problems
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work indepenedently and proactively with excellent time-management and organisation skills
- Ideally live within the Northamptonshire area or happy to relocate.
