Client Administrator

The Client Administrator will provide administration support to the Commercial Director, including (but not limited to) Foodbuy Online administration, client communication, client reporting, marketing communication, scheduling meetings and minutes/actions follow up.

Specifically, the Client Administrator will provide:

  1. Support with procurement, supply chain compliance and client product ranges
  2. Client communication & reporting, preparing presentations & business reviews
  3. Ad hoc analysis and administration support

Supporting projects across the wider commercial management team as required such as Sustainability initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Clients and Suppliers to resolve any outstanding Foodbuy online, supplier or product queries
  • Assist with delivering of client CSR targets, including responding to client queries, supporting creation of marketing collateral and reporting on KPIs
  • Work with Commercial Director to identify and implement opportunities to manage cost of goods.
  • Support the Commercial Director in recording actions during meetings and issuing to clients within 24 hours
  • Support with Strategic pillars, workstreams administration and updates
  • Manage communication & reporting to clients monthly
  • Help identify areas for commercial improvement in client purchasing and supply chain. Analysing data sets, communicating product switches to clients.
  • Manage ad hoc projects
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant teams such as Customer Experience Team and Supply Chain

Experience Required:

  • Business administration support experience
  • Strong IT skills – ability to learn systems quickly
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Team orientated & flexible
  • Confident with a "Can Do" attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal)
  • High standard of literacy skills, attention to detail & accuracy
  • Self-motivated & willing to take the initiative
  • Comfortable working in a pressurised, fast paced and deadline driven environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (strong analytical skills, with good knowledge of excel)
