My client are a well established, expanding freight forwarding company looking for an experienced Airfreight Branch Manager to join their new start up branch based at Heathrow!
Daily duties will include:
- Overseeing the Heathrow office ensuring operation is running smoothly
- Hands on Imports and Exports
- Generating new and existing business, maximising profit
- Maintaining key accounts
- Ensuring maximum operational effectively & efficiency across all aspects of the freight operations
- Ensuring the Department is meeting KPI's & budgetary requirements
- Managing branch performance, holidays and disciplinary
- Overseeing the Health and safety
- Maintain the warehouse operation
Experience needed:
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Previous imports experience is advantageous
- Commercially driven
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.30pm
