My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Group Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a professional and trustworthy approach.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage the Group Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring effective time management.
  • Organise complex travel itineraries with a focus on preferences and cost-effectiveness.
  • Filter incoming calls and emails, prioritising actions and keeping the Group Managing Director informed.
  • Create and refine documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Organise meeting materials and ensure the Group Managing Director is fully briefed for all agendas.
  • Capture meeting actions and perform necessary follow-up tasks.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritise tasks and responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Manage office administration, including service providers, facilities, and ordering supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, supporting at Director level.
  • High standards of numeracy and literacy, ideally supported by a degree and/or relevant qualifications.
  • IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in building reports and presentations.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and personal integrity.
