Interaction Recruitment are working with a Supported Living Support Service to recruit a Service Manager. This is an exciting role that has become available.

We are looking for a Service Manager with experience supporting service users with Learning Disabilities and behaviours that challenge.

Our service is a welcoming, supportive and stimulating residential service for people with Learning Disabilities and support needs to live fulfilling lives.

As the Service Manager of this Supported Living home, you will be supporting the Registered Manager with the below:

  • Conducting quality checks, audits, and mentoring to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the team.
  • Developing and reviewing care plans to a high standard, ensuring responsible individuals complete their work with excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance and audit systems are maintained through close collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team.
  • Safeguarding the well-being of residents through an effective governance system.
  • Rota management to ensure smooth staffing operations.
  • Cultivating positive working relationships with staff and management.
  • Safe management of risks within the home.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with local community groups and wider groups across
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, relatives, operations management.

The ideal person for this Supported Living service, Service manager position, will need to be:

  • Ideally experienced in working in and managing services, for Adults with Learning Disabilities and behaviours that challange.
  • Ideally based locally
  • Have a good understanding of activities & local community groups
  • Someone who has got Good CQC knowledge and experience.
