Air Tightness Consultant

Requirements:
- Strong experience in air tightness or a relevant field and/or holding the CWCT qualification
- Hold a BSc degree or equivalent qualification/experience in building engineering, acoustics energy, or environmental science
- Possession of a full UK driver's licence
- Proficiency in working under pressure within a fast-paced environment
Duties:
- Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring regulatory compliance for their projects/developments
- Direct collaboration with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes
- Preparation and structuring of reports and supporting documents to provide a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases
- Regular attendance in meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections
