Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Bournville - Birmingham
Basic Salary: £28,500
OTE: £31,000
Experience Required: Lettings Manager or Lettings Valuer experience
A highly successful and reputable Estate Agent, is looking for an experienced lettings professional looking to step up and become a Lettings Manager.
This is a fantastic brand to work, with an amazing office vibe. No micromanagement. Plenty of nights out and all staff are well looked after.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in an estate agent
- Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational abilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and landlords and the team
- Previous experience in property management or lettings is essential
- Show respect for others and build relationships
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage / oversee the end-to-end lettings process for residential properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
- Advertise available properties through various channels- Maintain accurate records of all lettings transactions
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- ARLA membership (preferred)
