Overview:
Search Recruitment are partnering with a growing business to recruit a Credit Controller in Edinburgh on a full-time, permanent basis. If you're an excellent communicator with experience in accounts, credit control and proficiency in Excel, you would be encouraged to apply.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create and ensure timely payment of sales invoices and resolve queries.
- Communicate and build relationships with customers over the phone and electronically.
- Update ledger, record transactions, prepare reports and perform data entry.
- Conduct credit checks and set up accounts accordingly.
- Process card payments from customers and update the cash collection sheet.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on various account-related matters.
- Ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.
Skills and experience you'll ideally have:
- Experience in credit control.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Prior experience in an accounts role is desirable.
- Ability to prioritise workload and have good attention to detail.
- Demonstrable communication skills.
