Basic Salary £24,750-£27,326 Pro Rata dependant on experience

Part Time - 22.5 Hours A Week - Permanent - Monday to Friday

My client a reputable and established professional membership body in the education sector based in Nottingham, East Midlands is recruiting for a Part Time Membership Coordinator. You can be home based, or Nottingham office based or a mixture - flexible. Could be perfect for Working Mum, Working Dad wanting to do school hours returning to work, flexible working, agile working or someone looking for part time work to support another job or study.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high quality professional administrative support and excellent communication with our network of school and Trust members and within the Team.

Answering and dealing with email and telephone enquiries, managing relationships with members and wider stakeholders and understanding when to pass to other colleagues when necessary.

Providing operational support to the Professional Communities Manager in the administration of our 11 Professional Communities. This will involve processing applications and sharing information with community members as well as supporting with hosting our Professional Community zoom meetings.

Working closely with colleagues, managing the Professional Communities calendar of events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

Supporting the administration of the online community platform, creating and posting events, responding to member queries and creating and updating graphics.

Edit and quality assure recordings of online community meetings, posting these to the community platform in a timely manner.

Liaising with key stakeholders, such as Community Leads, service providers, speakers or facilitators about the organisation and logistics of Professional Community online meetings.

Travelling to and attending Professional Development events when necessary to support participants, facilitators and speakers. This may include occasional overnight stays.

Managing the demands of work which is subject to deadlines and often involves changing circumstances and priorities.

Person Specification

Essential

Proven administrative experience, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be highly competent in the use of IT (Microsoft Office), database and marketing tools.

The ability to produce detailed information and appreciate the need for accuracy when dealing with complex tasks.

The ability to think clearly, use initiative, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to rise to a challenge.

Integrity and discretion and the ability to earn the respect of colleagues.

Strong communication skills and an ability to relate well to people at all levels.

Reliability, punctuality, flexibility and adaptability.

Willingness to take on new challenges and seek further development.

Desirable

Experience of working within the educational or charity sectors.

Working knowledge of using a CRM system/membership database.
