AP/ AR Manager

Our client is searching for an Accounts Payable/ Receivable Manager to ensure their sales and purchase ledger functions run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a fixed term contract and likely to end in March 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledger records.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers/ customers to resolve issues.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and summaries.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an AP/ AR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and purchase ledger functions.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
