About the Role:
We are currently collaborating with several wonderful early years settings in Trowbridge and are seeking dedicated individuals like you to join their teams. As an Early Years Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers and providing individualized support to children aged 3 to 5 years old. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds and contribute to their holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
  • Providing one-to-one assistance to children who require additional support.
  • Assisting with classroom management and creating a nurturing environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to assess children's progress and tailor support as needed.
  • Promoting positive social interactions and fostering a love for learning among children.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking passionate individuals with a genuine love for working with young children. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in an early years setting or similar role (desired but not essential).
  • A caring and nurturing nature, with a genuine desire to support children's growth and development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
  • A commitment to promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
