Salary: £32,000 - 48,000 dependent on experience

The successful Architectural Technologist will have experience working on high end bespoke projects, with excellent technical detailing and drawing abilities as well as strong AutoCAD or Vectorworks experience.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Chartered or working towards chartership with CIAT
- Several years of post qualification experience within the Architectural Industry
- Experience working across the residential and hospitality sector ideally high end bespoke
- Excellent technical capabilities
- Well versed in AutoCAd or Vectorworks
- Ability to adhere to and exceed clients expectations
- Confident working independently with limited supervision
- Comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations
- Job running experience
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other professionals
- Work well within a team environment
- Capable at producing high quality detailed drawing packages
- Keen to input to continued company growth
