Description
The Credit Controller will;
- Conduct credit checks for potential clients and manage existing client credit
- Handle invoice queries and resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure timely payments of debts by customers
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
- Review the company's debt recovery procedures
- Process payments and refunds
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Work closely with the accounting team on company-wide financial strategy
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
