As an Engineering Manager, you'll be at the forefront of their technical endeavour's, meaning your string technical background will certainly come in handy here.

Key technologies you'll be involved with as an Engineering Manager include:
- Experience: Strong Software Engineering background
- Technical Skills: Python (Flask or Django) and JavaScript/Typescript, React.js (ideally full stack
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software architecture, cloud computing platforms, containerization, and modern DevOps processes.
- Environment: Experience working in a Start-Up/Scale-Up/Other fast paced, dynamic environment
