Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday:8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Office based)
Friday: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm (Work from home or office based, at Manager's discretion)

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing
- Sales support
- Handling email queries
- Processing purchase order receipts
- Managing return receipts
- Coordinating transfer orders

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
