Role: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Trafford Park, M17
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £25-27k + benefits
Thanks for clicking through! We are recruiting for lovely company based in a modern office in Trafford Park. The company currently employs around 40 x members of staff but is growing year on year. We are trying to find them an Accounts Payable Clerk, is that you?
Key responsibilities include:
- New Supplier set up, including confirmation of supplier details and payment details.
- Maintenance of the AP ledger across a group of companies, including the coding and matching of invoices, processing invoices on system ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Processing credit card statement and receipts
- Support the wider account's function and supporting the period end process.
- Prepare supplier accounts for payment run.
- Support the wider company taking calls from customers and suppliers and passing information to relevant departments.
For this role we'd ideally want:
Sage Accounts Experience
Have excellent computer skills, especially Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail.
Able to work to deadlines.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Excellent telephone manner
