Join an innovator in the tech and finance sectors for a pioneering high-level security company as a Junior Scrum Master. They safeguard UK government buildings and are revolutionising services for fintech giants. As they scale, they're looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join their team.

They offer hybrid working, one day in the office.

THE ROLE:

Overall you will support agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to agile principles. This includes:

  • Working with product development, compliance, operations, development, testing and marketing teams
  • Oversee change management process, mediating and prioritising tickets
  • Monitor and assess release performance, communicate insights, plans and progress
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Professional experience as a Scrum Master, managing 3-4 projects simultaneously
  • Experience delivering project scope documents, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements, particularly in financial services
  • Managing project trackers and RAID logs, assisting in developing project plans and monitoring performance
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • £45,000, depending on experience.
