THE ROLE:
Overall you will support agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to agile principles. This includes:
- Working with product development, compliance, operations, development, testing and marketing teams
- Oversee change management process, mediating and prioritising tickets
- Monitor and assess release performance, communicate insights, plans and progress
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master, managing 3-4 projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering project scope documents, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements, particularly in financial services
- Managing project trackers and RAID logs, assisting in developing project plans and monitoring performance
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £45,000, depending on experience.
