Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Complaints and Insight Officer based in Sutton. This is a contract role working full time.
The job:
- Be responsible for supporting the clients complaints improvement project and the steps required to meet the Housing Ombudsman complaints handling code and new LGSCO complaints handling code.
- Be involved in the interrogation of past and current complaints data for errors, corrections, themes, intelligence, insights and benchmarking to provide feedback to the Customer Care team and Project Board.
- Provide administrative support to the project board, produce ad hoc and support planned reports as requested.
- Interrogate data to identify trends, risks, themes for reporting and for service improvement.
- Support the Complaints Project Board including some preparation of Board materials, note taking, drafting minutes and taking forward action points.
The candidate:
- Experience in a similar role essential.
- Experience writing and drafting reports.
- Experience in improving complaint procedures in line with policies and handling codes.
- Public sector experience/housing sector experience preferred.
