Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire

Day rate: £400 - £450 LTD / CIS

Project: HS2

Long term contract

Randstad are currently looking for a experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to work with a an established contractor on HS2 in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. As part of the commercial team you will be responsible for managing a range of Structure packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial management of large-scale civils packages on HS2
  • Manage all aspects of project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage subcontractor accounts
  • Provide strategic commercial advice to the project team
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor in the civils or infrastructure sector
  • Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
  • Experience working on large, complex projects (HS2 experience is advantageous)
  • Excellent commercial and contractual acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
