The Design Coordinator job role itself where you will provide support to the design engineers by actioning all administration-related tasks to enable the designers to concentrate on providing an accurate and timely design solution to all storage requirements for customers. M ore specifically:
- Provide general admin support to designers, design team leaders and head of design.
- Create and manage all load notices for installations
- Print off installation drawings in readiness for collection or postage
- Communicate daily with sales team on progress with their quotes and orders
- Provide communication support between design and other internal departments
- Support designers in creating component drawings
You will have
To be successful as Design Coordinator , you will have a healthy mix of the following:
- Competent IT user including Microsoft Word, Excel,& Outlook.
- Drawing software (AutoCAD packages).
- Minimum GCSE A-C (pre 2018) or 9-4 (from 2018) in English and Maths.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
