The Company

Our dynamic and creative client is looking for a PA & Office Manager to join their growing team! They are seeking a proactive and organised individual with strong coordination skills to support the three directors and ensure the office runs smoothly. As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, answer calls, and handle administrative tasks. Duties

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the building with a friendly smile.
  • Booking couriers to ensure timely delivery of important documents and orders.
  • Answering and transferring calls to the appropriate person.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready for visitors.
  • Keeping the office stocked by ordering stationery and supplies.
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes for new enquiries.
  • Creating, sending and chasing proposal documents.
  • Updating the system with all order information.
  • Coordinating project work and tracking the progress on a number of ongoing projects.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Organising company events to promote team building.
  • Providing exceptional PA support to the three directors.
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating their busy diaries.
  • Sending timely reminders to keep everything on track.
  • Maintaining and updating HR and company documents.
  • Completing financial tasks like raising POs and invoices.
